How to Start a Return or Refund

Email us at hello@theongodstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns without an RMA, or items not in original condition, may not be accepted.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Our default refund is issued as ON GOD Credit for future purchases at theongodstore.com.

  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and discounts are non-refundable.

  • If you request a replacement and the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

  • Replacement items ship via our Standard Shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Swimwear

  • Innerwear, shapewear, and underwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Earrings

  • Any items unsealed after delivery or inseparably mixed with other products

Returning Goods

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage.

  • We recommend using an insured, trackable service.

  • Refunds will only be issued once we receive the item back, or you provide proof of delivery.

Our Commitment

We’ll always do our best to help, but ON GOD reserves the right to decline returns in cases of frequent requests or suspected abuse of this policy.
