Tracking

Every order ships with tracking so you can follow it from us to you.

PACKAGING & SUSTAINABILITY

We package every order in post-consumer recycled (PCR) poly mailers — made from recycled everyday plastics like shopping bags and wrapping film. Multi-item orders are individually wrapped for extra protection. Some products ship in cardboard boxes or protective inserts depending on size and fragility.

Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly, recyclable, or compostable materials, because caring for creation is part of our calling.

How soon can I expect my package?

Every piece is made fresh, not pulled off a shelf. Once fulfilled (2–5 business days), delivery usually takes:

• U.S. & Canada: 5–10 business days

• U.K. & Europe: 7–12 business days

• Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days

Delays can happen due to customs, but we’ll always keep you updated.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. One click and you can follow your package all the way to your door.

How will I know if my package is shipped?

You’ll get two emails:

1. Order Confirmation right after checkout.

2. Shipping Confirmation once your order leaves our facility.
   

Heads up: the tracking link may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.

Why haven’t I received my confirmation emails?

Our system sends them automatically. If you don’t see them, check your spam or junk folder — sometimes they get filtered. Still nothing? Reach out to us and we’ll resend.

My tracking shows “delivered” but I don’t have it.

We get it — that’s frustrating. Here’s what to do first:

• Double-check with neighbors, family, roommates, or your building manager.

• Look around safe-drop areas (mail room, porch, package locker).
  

If you still can’t find it, contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. While we’ll do what we can to help, ON GOD isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Why isn’t my tracking updating?

It’s normal for tracking to lag. If you don’t see movement for more than 2 weeks, hit up our support team and we’ll investigate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — ON GOD ships worldwide.

• Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.

• International delivery is usually 10–20 business days after fulfillment.

• Customs can slow things down, but we’ll keep you covered with tracking.
  

Important: Import taxes, duties, and fees are set by your country’s customs office. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. If your package is refused due to unpaid duties, we can’t cover those charges.

Taxes & Duties

When your package reaches its destination country, customs may apply taxes or duties. These are determined locally and must be paid by the recipient. For exact info, check with your local customs office.

How secure is my personal information?

We take your security seriously. Payments are encrypted and processed through a PCI-DSS Level 1 secure system (the highest standard in the industry).

• Your credit card info is never stored on our servers.
