Returns & Refunds policy

We are pleased to facilitate a replacement or refund for items returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our team. To initiate this process, please email us at hello@theongodstore.com to request a return or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels, within 7 days of receiving the goods. Returns without an RMA number or items that are incomplete or not in their original condition may not be processed.

Our default refund method is ON GOD Credit, which can be applied to future purchases at theongodstore.com. Please note that coupon discounts, as well as shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable.

In the event you request a replacement and the items are out of stock, we will process a refund for the item’s price instead. All replacement items will be shipped back to you using our Standard shipping service.

At ON GOD, we strive to assist with return requests. However, we reserve the right to make final decisions regarding returns in cases of frequent requests or suspected policy abuse.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following goods are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, especially if unsealed after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Swimwear

  • Innerwear, shapewear, and underwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Earrings

• Items that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our discretion.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning items to us. Please email hello@theongodstore.com to arrange your return. We cannot be held liable for items damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.
