How soon can I expect my package?
Delivery times vary by country, generally ranging from 10 to 25 business days for your item to arrive.
How can I track my order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will provide you with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
How will I know if my package is shipped?
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a subsequent email containing shipping details. Please be aware that the shipping confirmation does not necessarily indicate that the carrier has collected your package from our distribution center. For real-time updates, please utilize the tracking features offered by the carrier.
Allow 24-48 hours from the time of your order for status updates.
Why haven't I received an order or shipping confirmation email?
We automatically send an order confirmation email to the address you provided immediately after your order is placed. Following shipment, a shipping confirmation email will also be sent. If you do not see these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.
My tracking information shows that my package was delivered but I did not receive it yet
We understand the significance of your order. ON GOD offers tracking options for your convenience. If the tracking information indicates that your items have been delivered but you have not received them, we recommend checking with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to their address by mistake. Additionally, please inquire with family members or roommates who may have accepted the package on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or at an apartment office.
While we will make every effort to assist you, ON GOD cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen during transit. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to address the issue and file a claim if necessary.
Why is my tracking information not updating? Is there an issue?
It is not uncommon for tracking information to lag behind the actual status of your package. If there have been no updates for more than two weeks, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
ON GOD is proud to serve customers globally. The default pricing on our website is in USD, and currency conversion rates will depend on your credit card issuer. Prices will be displayed in US dollars at checkout.
Typically, international shipments take 10-25 business days to arrive; however, delays may occur due to customs processing in your country. ON GOD is not liable for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges; these are the responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
